A band is not complete, or even qualified to be called a band, if it does not have the bass guitar. The bass guitar is never in the spotlight for anything and therefore many people mistake it for just any other guitar like the rhythm or the lead guitar. However, the bass guitar does really play an important role when all things are considered in that it gives life to any band and adds quality of the music.
