In Southern Oregon, just north of the California border, coming down Interstate 5 off of the Siskiyou Mountain range, sits a quiet college town that is known more for Shakespeare than P. Funk. In April, Maceo Parker and 'The Greatest Little Funk Orchestra on Earth' came to a small Oregon city and changed that for good.
